With 9 years of experience as a pet stylist under her belt, Shuangshuang joined us in August 2025 in order to continue delivering quality professional service to all furkids in her care. Having recently earned her Singapore Kennel Club Class C certification in 2025 and secured 1st Place, her extensive experience has made her an invaluable asset to our team of stylists thus far.
As one of the newer members to join us, Shuangshuang has demonstrated that she is no stranger to the standards of excellence we strive for at The Pets Workshop. A graduate of The Pets Workshop Academy’s Professional Class C Pet Grooming Course, Wendy joined us following her successful outing at the Singapore Kennel Club certification examination in April 2025. Prior to that, Wendy was already working with animals as a pet grooming assistant. Wendy has been impactful in the short amount of time since joining The Pets Workshop where her customer service skills have struck a chord with customers.
Wendy is meticulous and passionate about her craft. As a professional who values quality and comfort of pets over chasing sales, Wendy inspires confidence in pawrents over her approach towards pets entrusted to her care, embodying the philosophy of The Pets Workshop in redefining pet care.
2025 – Singapore Kennel Club Class C Certified Groomer
Having earned her Singapore Kennel Club (“SKC”) Class C certification in just under a year from The Pets Workshop Academy, Li Ling gave up a high-flying corporate career to pursue a grooming / teaching career at The Pets Workshop, Tampines. Not only is she keen on applying what she has learnt, she has also discovered the joy of passing on her knowledge to other students at the Academy as an instructor, paving the way for a new generation of pet groomers. Besides assisting Summer in instructing students, Li Ling is concurrently continuing her pet grooming training under Summer to challenge herself and fine-tune her skills.
Her calm nature and thoroughness ensure that all pets and students coming her way are treated with utmost care and attention. As a pawrent herself, it is clear to see Li Ling knows her way around the hearts of both students and furkids alike. Her addition to the team at the Academy enhances the strength and vibrancy of the school, adding value to the learning experience of students at the Academy.

Mark is an ardent cat-lover who hails from Scotland. Together with his spouse and their award-winning cats, Mark has made sunny Singapore his home. Graduating from The Pets Workshop Academy’s Professional Cat Grooming course, Mark applied to join us as a cat stylist, where he could apply what he has learnt to work with cats! Talk about doing what you love!
Mark’s mature and calm approach, and his eye for details, inspire confidence amongst our feline pawrents and students. Mark currently heads the Cat Sanctuary and is also responsible for the grooming of other small pets, as well as guiding students of our small pet grooming courses. In his free time, he participates in cat shows to showcase his award-winning fur kids.

Wei Feng embarked on her career in pet styling at The Pets Workshop NEX, where she served as a grooming assistant for two years. Recently, she was promoted to the role of pet stylist at the Nex outlet, having successfully completed her training at The Pets Workshop Academy and earned the esteemed Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI) and Singapore Kennel Club (SKC) Class C certifications. With extensive experience and a deep understanding of The Pets Workshop’s standards and practices, Wei Feng’s expertise and her attention to detail further enhance the Nex outlet’s commitment to delivering the highest level of service, ensuring a stress-free and tailored grooming experience for both our valued customers and their cherished pawfriends.

Trying to find a pet stylist to join a salon these days is not easy. To unearth a grooming talent who has a passion for pet styling is even more challenging. Cherry is one pet styling professional we would fight tooth and nail to bring onboard. Though she has more than 10 years of pet styling and grooming experience under her belt, she approaches her work with such zest and passion that one would associate with someone who is new to the industry. Such disposition is critically important to The Pets Workshop. Cherry’s ability to turn up for the occasion every single day, giving her best to style furkids left in her care and strengthening customer experience with their pawrents with such bubbly personality, speaks volumes of the culture at The Pets Workshop and Cherry’s professionalism and technical proficiency.

Raena How stepped into the pet grooming industry slightly more than three years ago, before earning her Singapore Kennel Club Class C certification in August 2022. In her previous role, Raena How had the opportunity to pick up pet grooming skills, and she managed to gain a lot of practical and solid experience in pet grooming and animal handling in those three years working with pets. Suffice it to say, it is not typical for a newly minted professional groomer to possess the depth of skills possessed by Raena How, and the strength of The Pets Workshop is greatly enhanced with Raena How’s arrival.

Jaina started working with The Pets Workshop after graduating from The Pets Workshop Academy and passing the Singapore Kennel Club Class C certification examination. Jaina’s experience working with animals started at a pet boarding facility, which allowed her to pick up animal handling and basic pet grooming skills while caring for the wellbeing of pets. Jaina’s prior knowledge working with animals has nurtured her respectful approach towards working with animals, which is an essential trait we expect of our staff, and which we believe is something our customers expect of us too.

Quess is a passionate and skilled pet stylist who has dedicated herself to the art of pet grooming. After earning her NGKC Class C certification in 2023, she quickly gained hands-on experience working in reputable pet grooming salons, where she refined her techniques and developed a deep understanding of pet care and styling.
With experience in both feline and canine grooming, Quess is meticulous in her approach, ensuring that every pet she handles receives gentle, professional, and personalized care. Her dedication to animal well-being and commitment to high grooming standards make her a wonderful addition to The Pets Workshop team.

With over two decades of experience in the pet grooming industry, Renee Wong brings a wealth of expertise and passion to The Pets Workshop. Beginning her journey as a pet groomer in 2001, she has worked across various grooming salons and pet care establishments, both locally and internationally.
Renee has held leadership roles in multiple grooming facilities, showcasing her ability to not only provide top-tier pet styling services but also mentor and guide grooming teams. Her extensive background includes pet grooming academies, pet hotels, and renowned grooming salons, reflecting her deep commitment to pet care excellence.
A firm believer in continuous learning, Renee has obtained multiple professional grooming certifications across Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, and beyond, including advanced grooming techniques and pet grooming education. Her certification in canine first aid further underscores her dedication to pet safety and well-being.

Alvin commenced his career in pet styling with The Pets Workshop as a grooming assistant for about a year and has recently rose up to become a pet stylist of the Tampines outlet, having graduated from The Pets Workshop Academy and passing the Singapore Kennel Club Class C certification exam.
Having been with The Pets Workshop for a while now, Alvin is well-grounded in the way we work and the philosophy we subscribe to, hence helping him transit to his new role seamlessly. His diligence and attention to detail will add strength to The Pets Workshop @ Tampines outlet’s ability to provide a higher level of service to our customers and their furkids.

Having been with The Pets Workshop since our inception in Tampines, Bellerie has become a key member of the Tampines team, constantly growing professionally both in terms of her technical skills, but also in her managerial ability and business acumen. Her understanding of the philosophy of The Pets Workshop means she is well-positioned to further strengthen The Pets Workshop’s footprint and offering in the east and north-east regions of Singapore where she leads the Kovan outlet, the 4th outlet of The Pets Workshop network.
Bellerie will be focusing on bringing her wealth of knowledge in managing and running a pet grooming salon to the unique platform of mobile pet grooming trailer over at Kovan. She will lead a team of stylists and assistants to deliver the type of quality pet care and customer service you have come to expect from The Pets Workshop.

We welcome Ivy to The Pets Workshop family. Ivy commenced her pet grooming education in China, which is a breeding ground for many technically proficient pet groomers recognised in the region and beyond. Having been exposed to the rigor and demanding nature of the pet grooming industry in China, Ivy developed a sharp sense of awareness towards the latest trends in the art of pet grooming and acumen in the delivery of top-notch customer service experience. Her addition to our team will bring a different perspective and dimension to the strong team at The Pets Workshop, and will be core to advocating our values at our Clarke Quay outlet.

Jeff heads our Clarke Quay outlet. Since graduating from school, Jeff commenced his career in pet grooming at a leading pet grooming school in Singapore and has plied his trade in leading salons in Singapore and China. During his time in China, Jeff continued his study in the art of creative and colouring course conducted by China Animal Association and NGKC Grooming Association.
Jeff combined his rich experience with the pet grooming scene in Singapore with his exposure to the rigor of the industry in China to gain new perspectives on the technicality of pet grooming, as well as the soft skills required to succeed in the pet grooming industry. We are privileged to have Jeff join us to further advance our philosophy of redefining pet care. Given his talent and aptitude, we are confident that he will be able to bring our brand, and what we stand for, to customers in central Singapore.

JingJing heads our Cat Sanctuary at The Pets Workshop @ Tampines, having been mentored by Summer, our resident cat expert. JingJing possesses the same level of finesse and respect towards cats, which translates into a prudent manner in which JingJing approaches cats, and which in turn lessens the stress level for cats. Under guidance from Summer, JingJing has acquired comprehensive technical skills to meet the diverse needs of our cat-owning customers. She is fast gaining recognition from our customers who have continuously commended her skill and service levels.
JingJing is also an award-winning Instructor at The Pets Workshop Academy, leading the effort to impart our grooming knowledge and know-how with cat enthusiasts and assisting Summer with coaching students of our dog grooming courses.
JingJing is no stranger to pet grooming competitions, having achieved impressive results at Fédération Cynologique Internationale / Singapore Kennel Club Grooming Certification / Competition and Asia Cat Expo.

Qi Xuan joined The Pets Workshop with close to 6 years of grooming experience under her belt. After earning her Singapore Kennel Club (“SKC”) Class C certification in 2017, Qi Xuan took on the role of teaching assistant in a local pet grooming school where she assisted with imparting grooming knowledge to students. This stint further strengthened Qi Xuan’s grooming fundamentals and knowledge. She went on to earn her SKC Class B certification, topping the category with a Best Technical Award. Qi Xuan combines her strong theoretical grooming background with extensive practical experience as a pet groomer, having worked in various pet grooming establishments. Qi Xuan’s decision to join us will further enhance our ability to provide our customers at NEX and beyond with a high level of quality services.

May is the first Executive Stylist of The Pets Workshop, and brings with her extensive experience in pet grooming and management skills. Prior to joining The Pets Workshop, May rose through the ranks of a premium pet grooming chain in Singapore to lead one of its outlets.
May is not just a technically proficient, award-winning stylist who focuses on technical competency, but she is a professional who seeks to cultivate a strong relationship with pets, embodying the philosophy of The Pets Workshop. A pawrent to two cute poodles, May understands what pawrents expect, and the needs of our furry companions.
May will lead her team of professionals at NEX Pet Safari to deliver what customers and friends have come to expect of The Pets Workshop – a premium pet grooming experience with pets at the centre of everything we do.

Customer experience is not a foreign concept to Esther, who was in a business development and sales role prior to her transition to work with pets. Her strong interpersonal and communication skills have rejuvenated the way The Pets Workshop interacts with pawrents, and the icing on the cake would be Esther’s gentle approach and genuine love for animals which are core traits we look for in our human capital. We are confident that the addition of Esther to the Clarke Quay outlet will add value to how The Pets Workshop serves our customers.

Summer’s pet grooming career began after she graduated from one of the top pet grooming schools in Singapore. She then went on to join a leading pet grooming establishment and eventually became a team lead of one of its outlets, which accounts for Summer’s wealth of experience in pet grooming.
Even with her ample experience, Summer does not rest on her laurels as she continues to work to obtain her master certification. Apart from working on her master certification, Summer is a firm believer of continuing education and she attends webinars frequently to acquire new grooming knowledge and know-how to further refine her grooming skills.
Summer’s desire to redefine pet care is evident in the approach of The Pets Workshop Academy towards pet grooming education as well. Leading new learners into the world of professional pet grooming by equipping them with the necessary technical skills is the fundamental expectation at The Pets Workshop Academy. However, the pet grooming industry is in a constant process of being re-defined. The status of domestic pets is evolving, and so are the expectations and awareness of customers. Summer believes that this development is welcoming, but it means that it is no longer adequate for aspiring pet groomers to be just technically competent at what they do. This is why at The Pets Workshop Academy, Summer strives not only to oversee the technical development of students, but to also assist them to build a relationship of trust with fur-kids and their pawrents.
