Today, every member of our team successfully completed Pet First Aid Training conducted by the Singapore Red Cross Academy.

While we hope we’ll never need to put these skills into practice, this training equips our team to better recognize signs of a medical emergency, respond appropriately, and provide immediate first aid support while arranging prompt veterinary care where required.

Pet first aid training does not qualify our staff as veterinarians. Our groomers are trained to provide immediate first aid where appropriate and to seek veterinary assistance without delay in the event of a medical emergency.
