To the supporters and friends of The Pets Workshop, we are rolling out a new loyalty programme to show our appreciation! Utilizing the platform of our POS system, we are offering all customers the ability to earn points with your spending and redeem the points at any of The Pets Workshop outlets! Q&A below!

How do you earn points?
You earn 5 points for every S$1 spent on grooming services!

How do you redeem your points?
Redeem your points to receive cash rebates and offset your bills! Offset $1 with every 100 points!

What is the discount rate?
5% discount, all year round!

Any expiry to the points earned?
No expiry for now!

Can I choose the amount of points I wish to redeem?
Yes, of course! You have the flexibility to choose the number of points you wish to redeem.

Can I redeem the points earned at Telepark outlet at another The Pets Workshop outlet?
Yes, earn points at our Telepark outlet and redeem them at Serangoon Nex or Clarke Quay or another location coming up soon! Oops did we say Clarke Quay? Yes we did. More information to come! With our many locations, earning and redeeming points could not get any easier!

What do I need to do to get started?
Scan the QR code printed on the receipt / front-facing display screen of our POS to start earning points! You will be prompted to set up a Treats profile if you do not already have one! Link your card to your Treats profile and you are good to go!

Are the points redeemable for cash if I should decide to go to another salon?
Awww… we hope that never happens, but the points could only be redeemed in your next purchase. Unredeemed points could not be encashed.

We hope to be more inclusive in our appreciation of our customers with this new loyalty programme! Everyone will be able to participate in the programme with a few simple steps, and you are set to enjoy a perpetual 5% discount going forward on top of any other promotions we may be running. Saving $ is the best reward! With this new loyalty programme, we are also sunsetting our CapitaStar loyalty programme on 31 Dec 2024. In the meantime, you could still earn CapitaStar points, but do remember to redeem your rewards by year end!
