• Tampines Central 1 outlet, your haven for all things meow, hop, and wheek, will continue serving our beloved cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Dial shiny new number, 8499 5160, to book an appointment and keep those fluffy darlings looking fur-mazing!
• Now, for our furry best friends who wag their tails with joy, Tampines Central 6 outlet is where the paw-some party is at! Reach out to us at our tried-and-true number, 9826 0581, to schedule an appointment and let us give your four-legged buddy the ultimate tail-wagging makeover!

Telepark Shop Move Q&A

As promised! Our first attempt at identifying those pertinent questions you may have around our Telepark outlet! We hope this set of Q&As is helpful! A quick summary in case you do not want to go through the Q&As (but who wouldn’t want to go through the interesting conversation between the cute black kitty and the fluffy pom? And if you have noticed it, yes these are the two creatures on our logo!):

• Both the existing Tampines Central 1 outlet and the upcoming Telepark outlet will serve cats/rabbits/guinea pigs and dogs separately.
• Basement carpark is available at Telepark! Our Telepark outlet is just next to the staircase that leads from B1 to L1. Very accessible!
• Across the road from our Telepark outlet is Tampines Hub. Lotsa good food and a Starbucks for those who want to sip a coffee while waiting for their furkids!
• Packages bought at the Tampines Central outlet (or even Nex outlet) could be used at the Telepark outlet for grooming services!
• The existing contact number of the Tampines Central 1 outlet will be used for Telepark operations. Our cat grooming space has its own contact number (84995160) which will go into service next week! Remember to add to your speed dial!!

Opening of NEX Mall Branch!

The Pets Workshop has reached another milestone with the opening of our second branch at NEX mall on 1 December 2022! Our philosophy about pet care, our focus on customer service and everything you have come to expect of The Pets Workshop at Tampines Central will continue to be our fundamental guiding principles in the running of this second branch. To deliver the best to our friends and supporters, we are working with May L – a technically proficient and experienced pet stylist, who will join The Pets Workshop in leading our NEX branch as Executive Stylist. May will build and lead a team of professionals in redefining the pet care delivered to your furkids. Apart from May, we have brought on another talented pet stylist, Qi Xuan, to join our NEX team. To celebrate this important milestone, we have prepared 100 free gifts for the first 100 customers visiting NEX, starting from 1 December 2022! In addition, we will not be charging any festive season surcharge for the month of December too (applicable to both the Tampines Central and NEX branches). Strengthening of The Pets Workshop core capability

A little over a year since we opened in May 2021, we have constantly been scouting for new talents to join us so that The Pets Workshop continues to be in the pole position in this part of Singapore to provide top level customer service. As we have always said, competency in pet grooming is a fundamental requirement in The Pets Workshop, but we strive to do more and better, and that includes ensuring that customer experience is managed well.

Weng Huei joined us in September 2022 as our third pet stylist to further strengthen our core capability and to enhance the experience of our customers by providing more options and greater level of attention. Wen Huei brings with her 3 years of solid pet handling and grooming experience, which we believe will add strength to our already strong team. With National Day just round the corner, we hope everyone is excited to hear the roar of jets flying overhead preparing for NDP, and seeing the sea of red, white, crescents and stars flying in the breeze!
